A Customer Service Rep is generally a departmental manager that oversees customers and their employees who need access to business documents on the CloudStreet Portal website. The Site Administrator must authorize a person to have Customer Service Rep responsibilities.
The Customer Service Rep has two jobs: (1) to approve subscription requests for Client Administrators and (2) to determine which Client Employees should be given access to business documents. When a Client Administrator or Client Employee makes a subscription request, that request will appear in the listing found on the Subscriptions page accessed by selecting Subscriptions from the Customer Service Rep menu. The Customer Service Rep is responsible for reviewing those requests, and approving the subscription if those individuals are authorized within the client organization.
In addition, Customer Service Reps may assist customers with questions about invoices, statements or other documents. CSR's have full access to all documents via the Customer Service Rep > Documents menu.
